ARTICLE 2 : ORDERS
The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. blu-news® confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the e-mail address that this one will have communicated. The sale will be concluded as from the validation by blu-news® of the payment of the order, i.e. the date of validation of the payment for the orders paid on line by bank card or the date of reception of the payment by check. blu-news® reserves in any case the right to refuse or cancel any order of a customer with whom there would exist a dispute relating to the payment of a former order.

ARTICLE 3 : AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of the consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the state of the stock at blu-news® and naturally at the suppliers.

To realize our showcase and our sales catalog, we work with databases, enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains more than a hundred items, not all of which are stored in our reserves and our offer is then conditioned to the availability of the items at the suppliers.

Only if an article is permanently out of stock with our suppliers will it be removed from our sales offer. In other cases, a new order within a certain period is possible.

When there is an unavailability on a product ordered, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order of several items.

Deadline for delivery of the order: when placing the order and on the order acknowledgement, a delivery deadline is communicated to customers. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the mode of transport selected by the customer.
From the placing of the order, to the shipment of it, the customer has the possibility to cancel his order.

ARTICLE 4 : PRICES 
The prices indicated in euros are considered net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products. They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time of the recording of the order. All the orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation, packaging and postage. Think of grouping all your items on a single order. We will not be able to combine two separate orders and you will be charged for each order.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a relay point. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the package plus the time of routing. blu-news® delivers worldwide. The purchaser is informed by mails of the various stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.

The delivery time includes the preparation time and the delivery by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 10 to 20 days is valid as of the reception by the purchaser of the email of the delivery of the order. The delivery time of (announced by the carrier) does not commit blu-news® to a longer delivery time.

ARTICLE 8 : GUARANTEE – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL

The items supplied by https://blu-news/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If an article is defective or not in conformity, the buyer has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday, it shall be extended to the next business day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation  (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@blu-news.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, blu-news® is held with the refunding of the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, except for the expenses of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the case of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISK
The transfer of property of the products to the benefit of the purchaser, will be carried out only after complete payment of the price by this last, and this whatever the date of delivery of the aforementioned products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will be carried out as of delivery and reception of the said products by the purchaser.

The present general conditions of sale as well as the price lists are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and recognizes to have a perfect knowledge of them, and gives up, of this fact, to prevail itself of any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
