September Date Announced For ‘American Beauty’

Paramount Home Entertainment has officially announced a September 21st release date for American Beauty. The title will be released as a ‘Sapphire Edition,’ which at the moment doesn’t stand for much. Who could forget the disaster that was ‘Gladiator: Sapphire Edition?’ (Rest assured though, a new release will be here soon enough).
American Beauty will feature a 1080p AVC/MPEG-4 video presentation with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. We have a feeling this release will not disappoint.
