Toy Story 1 & 2 This March

Posted by admin on December 11th, 2009

toystoryminiAccording to new retailer listings, Disney has plans to bring both Toy Story 1 and 2 to Blu-ray on March 23rd, 2010 in individual combo packs.

Tech specs are currently unknown, but expect a 1080p AVC/MPEG-4 video presentation for each film with either 5.1-6.1 DTS-HD Master Audio tracks. Toy Story 1 and 2 will both come in regular Blu-ray packaging, but DVD packaging as well. If you remember, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was the previous film to have two versions of packaging available.

Those who do not want Blu-ray included in their set will have to wait until the end of May for a standalone DVD release.

We expect high-resolution cover art and tech specs soon and will keep you updated.ToyStory1

  1. Such as Monsters Inc. & A Bug’s Life, which were catalog titles, i guess Toy Story 1 & 2 will be region free too :D

Can’t wait for those releases, and hope Disney will release them in France at the same time … because A Bug’s Life has still not been released in France :s
