Fame Comes To Blu-ray Early Next Year

Warner Bros. has announced a January 26th, 2010 release date for Fame: The Original Movie on Blu-ray. The release will come to Blu-ray with a 1080p VC-1 video presentation, with 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio. For a limited time only, the release will include a CD sampler featuring 4 songs from the film.

Extras include:

  • Class Reunion Commentary with Branching Video Highlights and Featuring Director Alan Parker and Co-Stars Lee Curreri, Laura Dean, Gene Anthony Ray and Maureen Teefy
  • Vintage Featurette On Location with Fame
  • Fame Field Trip Visits the School That Inspired the Movie
  • Q&A Interviews with Director F. Gary Gray and Producer Patricia Charbonnet
  • Theatrical Trailer
